Not the best photo of this sweet and simple cake, but I love this off-kilter square design. Sugar flowers include freesia, hydrangea, and moth orchids. The fondant bands are lavender layered over dark purple. Congrats to the happy couple!

Yes, “Summery” is a word. (Seriously!) And I can’t describe this pretty wedding cake without it. Our bride wanted a SUMMERY wedding cake with beautifully large sugar peonies and roses in salmon, coral and pinks. We recently created a very special (very tall) Mother Nature inspired cake for a birthday girl celebrating her Bat Mitzvah. White Vanilla Cupcakes stuffed with Oreo Filling and topped with Vanilla Buttercream. Midnight Blue sugar hydrangeas were finished off with sugar pearls in the center.
Pink Velvet Cake filled with Cream Cheese and Strawberries. Sugar Flowers include Peonies, Roses and Sweet Peas.
