At the end of 2012, we had the pleasure of working with the mother of the bride on a simple but definitely custom wedding cake.
We created a white cake with royal icing beading on the top and bottom with a lace pattern in the middle.
We scaled down the bride’s dress pattern a bit and created this balanced pattern of sugar and shimmer. These pictures don’t do it justice – the sugar glitter we added really made the cake sparkle. So pretty!
We also packaged these personalized tiered cookies for her wedding guests as a sweet favor. (They were married legally in October but December was the real celebration, thus both wedding dates.)
The event was held in the W Hotel in Hoboken.
