We were recently invited to participate in the Toast of the Town event which is held annually by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. It took place at Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC and let’s just say the wine poured all night long. (Well….except for those who had to drive home that night like me…sigh)
It was a great event and perfect time to unleash our newest buttercream flavor – Salted Caramel! Yum.
We made over 1600 mini chocolate salted caramel cupcakes and we only had one small box leftover. They were a huge hit! We even made their post-event press release.
Too bad I was so busy working that I missed Teresa’s wine debut. Oh well.
