Prospect Park Boathouse Cake {Celebration Cakes}

Last month, we were happy to donate this large confection to the good folks the Non-Profit Prospect Park Alliance in Brooklyn. They were celebrating the Audubon Center’s 10th Anniversary at the Park and needed a sweet centerpiece for their full day of festivities.

We tried to match the overall look of the building – the details helped like the fondant lamp posts. I like those guys.

The cake was a hit and everyone had a great time despite the rain. (Since it was also Earth Day, I thought the rain was only ‘natural’)

    Not only were the cakes for Boathouse and Carousel amazing creations of beauty and art, they were incredibly delicious! Thank you so much for making both events in Prospect Park extra special and super memorable.

    I even ate one of the light posts and it tasted great too!
