This very tall wedding cake was created over the summer for one of the sweetest couples I’d ever had the pleasure to work with.

I was honored to create such a special design for their lavish affair at The Liberty House in Jersey City.

Their amazing photographer, Monika Broz, captured their special day beautifully. (Thx again for the photos M!)

One of the flavors included in the 6 tier cake was graduating shades of Orange Velvet Cake – nope, not red, orange!

The circle pattern matched the wedding invitation and the sugar pink tea roses coordinated with the rest of the floral decor.

Marisha and Vimal were extremely happy with their wedding cake…in fact, they each called me (separately) to thank me.

As in, they actually picked up the phone and spoke with me in person to say the nicest things I’ve ever heard a customer say. In this day and age of texting and social media, a phone call from a more than satisfied customer makes me happier than anything!!
